Yes, we want all items returned clean. Even when we come to collect the items. Would you like to outsource cleaning to us? Then check “Cleaning service” on our website.

Marktkramen: Wordt beoordeeld bij het ophalen. Graag versieringen verwijderen.

Meubelen: €2,50 excl. Btw per stuk

Rokken: Hoeven niet gewassen te worden. Kapot / gaten: Nieuwwaarde + Verzendkosten doorberekend.

Overigen: Wordt beoordeeld bij het ophalen.

Poppen en Opblaasfiguren:

• Regen / nat: Geen extra kosten.

Springkussens:

• Regen / nat: Geen extra kosten.
• Vies / niet opgerold: €47,50 excl. Btw

Stormbanen:

From Monday to Friday: Ordered before 11:59 PM will be delivered tomorrow (provided the items are in stock). From Saturday to Sunday: Ordered before 5:00 PM, delivered the next day (provided the items are in stock)

No, this is not necessary for us.

Pay by card upon delivery/collection or transfer in advance (the amount must be in the account upon delivery)

A fixed basic price of €25 is charged for delivery. An additional amount of €4 per kilometer is added. The delivery amount includes delivery and collection. Example: The delivery costs are for a distance of 15 km are €25 + 15 * €4 = €85

iDeal Snel, makkelijk en betrouwbaar betalen via Ideal. Bij uw huurbevestiging ontvangt u altijd een iDeal linkt, waardoor u direct kunt betalen. Hebben we na afloop iets terug te betalen, dan ontvang je het geld bedrag terug op de rekening van herkomst. Opgeven van een afwijkende rekening is helaas niet mogelijk. Er wordt voor deze betalingsmethode geen administratiekosten in rekening gebracht. Op factuur Bedrijven en organisaties kunnen op rekening afnemen, we schrijven achteraf de rekening voor de daadwerkelijk genoten diensten. Voor uw crediteuren administratie is het mogelijk om een inkoopnummer, -referentie of kostenplaats door te geven. Deze zullen wij vermelden op de factuur. Er wordt voor deze betalingsmethode € 1,95 (14 kalenderdagen betalingstermijn) of € 2,95 (30 kalenderdagen betalingstermijn) administratiekosten in rekening gebracht. Voor een te late betaling geldt een toeslag van € 12,95 handelingskosten.

Obviously we cannot deliver your order at any desired time, but we are very flexible and are happy to think along with you. Therefore, please indicate your wishes in the order.

Yes, you pay a deposit for certain products. The deposit amounts to a maximum of €250 per order and will be refunded if the products are returned in good order.
