What are we doing during the winter?

Winter is the ideal time for us to conduct a thorough inspection of our extensive collection of party materials—from tents and chairs to lighting and decorations. Not only do we do this to maintain the highest standards of quality, but also to ensure that everything is in prime condition for the upcoming spring and summer events, when most parties and celebrations take place.

1. Repairs and Replacements: We inspect everything, from the smallest decorations to the largest party tents. Anything that is worn out or doesn’t meet our high standards gets replaced or repaired. It’s the perfect time for us to invest in the necessary upgrades and get everything ready for the busy season.

2. Cleaning and Maintenance: All our materials undergo a deep clean and inspection for any damages. Chairs, tables, and other rental items are cleaned until they look brand new. We also check and clean larger items like inflatable bounce houses and tents to make sure they’re ready for the next event.

3. Testing Lighting and Equipment: We test all of our lighting and equipment, such as sound systems and projectors, to ensure everything works perfectly when it’s time for an event. If something isn’t quite right, we take care of it right away.
